tektek was something based off Gaia, which practically shut it down after a few years and it shows no sign of comming back, a solid two hours of scanning have yet to yield any results in finding anything half as good. Sorry

Did some digging... Tektek was actually shut down after Gaia exercised their rights to intellectual property being used. Which is funny because the admin team used to advertise tektek as a great way to create a dream avatar. But, Gaia itself is still running and they allow you to export your dream avatar image... So, there is that.
