I highly recommend that anybody building a new character or who wants to further develop their existing character fill out this questionnaire. You dont have to answer every question, but it makes you think

Also, if you are willing to do so, please send a filled out copy back to me with your character name once you are finished.

Its really more of a tool to help when fleshing out a new or existing character.
